TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BAY MILLS RESORT & CASINO

GENERAL TERMSThese Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Bay Mills Resort & Casino's facilities, services, and amenities by its guests. By using our facilities or participating in any of our activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
AGE RESTRICTIONSTo enter our resort, individuals must be at least 21 years old for gaming purposes and 18 years old for hotel accommodations and other non-gaming amenities. Guests who fail to meet these age requirements will not be permitted entry or participation in any of our activities.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICESBay Mills Resort & Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its guests. We encourage patrons to gamble within their means, set deposit limits, and seek assistance from management if they need help restricting access to gaming areas.
SELF-EXCLUSION AND COOL-OFF PERIODSGuests who wish to self-exclude themselves from our resort or require a cool-off period should contact management in person at the casino's player services desk with physical identification. We will honor all patron self-exclusion requests and provide time-out or cool-off periods from the casino as needed.
GAMING AND WAGERING TERMSGaming and wagering activities on our premises are governed by the laws of Michigan and subject to the rules and regulations of the Bay Mills Indian Community's Tribal Gaming Ordinance. All gaming transactions must be conducted in U.S. dollars, and patrons are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable tax laws.
PAYMENT TERMSGuests are required to provide valid payment methods for all charges incurred during their stay or while participating in our activities. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee on certain credit card transactions.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACYBay Mills Resort & Casino collects and maintains personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the Michigan Gaming Control Board's regulations. By providing us with your information, you consent to its use for purposes of customer service, marketing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
GAMING SYSTEMS AND SECURITYOur slot machines and video poker games rely on hardware-based random number generators certified by reputable manufacturers. We also employ industry-standard security measures, including secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption, to protect online transactions.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTIONThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONSBay Mills Resort & Casino reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. It is each guest's responsibility to familiarize themselves with any changes, which shall take effect upon publication on our website or dissemination through other means as determined by management.
ENTIRE AGREEMENTThese Terms constitute the entire agreement between Bay Mills Resort & Casino and its guests regarding the use of our facilities, services, and amenities. By entering into these Terms, each party acknowledges that there are no understandings, agreements, or representations not reflected herein.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDSGuests may cancel their reservations by contacting management in writing at least 24 hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund of any deposits made. In the event of cancellations or refunds within 24 hours, applicable fees and charges will apply as per our policies.
FORCE MAJEUREBay Mills Resort & Casino shall not be liable for delays, damages, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, unforeseen events, or government regulations.
